CSK vs LSG IPL 2023

After a couple of double-headers on the weekend, only one game was played on Monday. Chennai and Lucknow were up against each other. CSK batted first and posted 217 on the board. Ambati Rayudu smashed 27 of 14 while MS Dhoni(5.94%) went 6,6 and out in his 3-ball innings. Consequently, Lucknow were asked to chase down a massive total of 218 runs.

The chase started with a bang as Lucknow scored 79 runs in the first 5.2 overs. Kyle Mayers was looking in great touch as he completed his half-century inside the powerplay. Moeen Ali(21.61%) was brought in the 5th over of the powerplay, and he removed Mayers for 53(22). Mitchell Santner took the wicket of Deepak Hooda in the next over. An over later, Moeen Ali(21.61%) dismissed KL Rahul(↓2.66%) as Lucknow lost 3 wickets for just 3 runs. Moeen’s 3rd and 4th over saw the back of Krunal Pandya and Marcus Stoinis, respectively.

The off-spinner’s 4 overs went for just 26 runs and brought 4 key wickets. Nicholas Pooran tried to get close to the target with an 18-ball 32. But when he got out, the equation was 62 off 24 balls. Lucknow finished at 205 for 7, falling 12 short of Chennai’s total.

Market Update

 

Mo’s price went up by ₹34.75 on Monday. Gaikwad and Dhoni got a raise of ₹32.47 and ₹8.21, respectively. In contrast, Deepak Chahar'(↓22.46%)s stocks fell by ₹25.07. Ravindra Jadeja(↓14.67%) and Krunal Pandya(↓13.14%) also got a price drop of ₹22.49 and ₹16.89.
